This unique, historic "connected farm house"... is connected to another one! The Maine historic society is reviewing it. It was built in Massachusetts before Maine was a state and before indoor plumbing (thus only 1 small bathroom). It abuts Bowdoin College campus, and is a 15 min walk to downtown Brunswick. Large, shared back yard.

The layout: 1 downstairs queen, 1 upstairs queen, 2 upstairs doubles, walk-through/connected.

The stairs cannot be secured for children, and the sole shower/bathroom is on the lower floor.

The yard is shared with 43 Harpswell.

Other things to note
3 bedrooms have AC window units, one only has a fan. OPEN WINDOWS at night for lovely cool air instead of AC. Put all shades down in day and the house will stay nicely cool!
