Very clean. Staff was polite but not able to accommodate handling multiple people checking in and phone calls efficiently. She was polite but some trainable skills could be useful for multitasking or having the phone call be told to wait until the folks already waiting in lobby were taken care of instead checkin was delayed by a 5-10 minute call by someone who didn’t know what they wanted.

Hotel needed some love. It was worn and fired looking. The rugs in the hallways were dirty. The furniture was peeling. No handicapped safety bar in shower.

Ok place to stay for the money. Breakfast was fair and included with the room. Parking lot in the back where I had to park my boat didn't have cameras, guy at the desk quickly let me know they were not liable for property damage when I asked if they had cameras. Luckily nothing was broken into or stolen. Water pressure for the shower was lacking. Sink had hair in it.
