What can I say… I have rarely been as disappointed and disgusted in an accommodation in all my life. The apartment was filthy. Honestly filthy. They advertised air conditioning but the unit was broken and it was so incredibly hot as we were on the very top floor. They were out of soap and toilet paper so we had to go buy some. I had emailed the owner and he said he would bring some but never did. He did reimburse me which I appreciated. I also told him about the filth and he asked me to take pictures and send to him and he would “solve”. I did this (don’t appreciate taking my time to do his job), then never heard from him again. I made a complaint to Hotels.com. They promised me they would help and then a few minutes later sent a message saying there was nothing they could do. The security door broke the first day and it took two days to fix. It has huge potential if all the broken things were repaired. All in all it was deplorable.
