O funcionario era gentil, o quarto e banheiro eram grandes e limpos. O unico problema é que ficamos no 3 andar e nao tem elevador e as escadas sao apertadas.

The property has a pretty convenient position. However, everything else is pretty bad the room door had a lot of light coming in and it felt a bit that anybody can peak through the door or open it. There wasn’t any elevator to get us to the third floor. The room could be called clean however the facilities were essentially non existent. Nothing was in the room even the hand soap. The toilets were very small and shower area was very little. There were constant street noise around the hotel and also coming in from other rooms.

This is more like a hostel than a hotel, with bunk beds for the whole family and communal toilets and a shower for the whole floor. Luckily, each room at least had its own sink so we could brush and wash our hands. Stairs were steep, narrow, and curved, thus inaccessible for anyone needing wider accommodations. Immersive location in the Red Light District and down the street from the main train station.

Not bad overall.

Location is good. Close to the main shopping high streets and a few bars and restaurants. It is pretty noisy. Especially of a night so maybe reconsider if you’re a light sleeper. Bathroom could do with a make over and a few fittings in the bedroom need repairing. The flooring by the bed needs to be fixed too Staff friendly and helpful. Bed a bit hard if you’re used to a softer mattress. Overall. Not bad for the price. But needs some TLC.

L’hôtel est correct mais un peu vieillissant. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, avec un escalier étroit et aux marches assez hautes, ce qui peut être contraignant avec des bagages. Certains éléments pratiques manquent également, comme des porte-serviettes dans la salle de bain, ce qui aurait amélioré le confort. En revanche, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, en particulier celui de Zina, qui a été extrêmement sympathique, disponible et professionnelle. Elle nous a très bien conseillés sur les lieux à visiter et nous a également briefés et mis en garde concernant le festival auquel nous assistions. Sans ses recommandations, l’expérience aurait clairement été moins intuitive et moins fluide. Malgré quelques points perfectibles sur l’équipement et la modernité de l’hôtel, le rapport qualité/prix reste très correct, surtout pour la période du Nouvel An à Bruxelles.

La chambre était bien dégradée (chasse d’eau fendu, lavabo sans loquet, parquet troué un peu de partout) Les toilettes était sale à notre arrivé, les couloirs sont utilisé comme débarras avec des sacs poubelles et des linges qui y traînent. La porte de la chambre ne donne aucune intimité avec un fonctionnement de fermeture défectueux

On a passé la nuit dans une chambre sans chauffage en hiver, mal isolée. On entend la pluie et le bruit toute la nuit, et la lumière traverse la fenêtre. Le lendemain, on a demandé le changement de la chambre et le personnel a été gentil et nous a changé une chambre avec du chauffage sinon, l'hôtel a proximité de la zone touristique à pied et pas loin du transport en commun

Der Empfang war außerordentlich freundlich und sympathisch. Top. Das Zimmer was sauber aber alt. Die Fenster einglasig und somit hellhörig. Gerade am Wochenende sind bis früh Morgens betrunkene auf der Straße unterwegs. Die Lage ist super zentral, aber daher auch nicht ruhig. Das Treppenhaus ist eng und steil. Für Ältere nicht so geeignet.
