Lets just say its on budget. A good location close to city centre for a fair price. Spent few days here to explore Brussels. The location is fair just 3 stops from Brussels Central Station via train. The train runs multiple times with 30 min intervals if not there is a bus to Brussels midi station as well both in walkable distances. The room is small and cozy for budget. The rooms need some services like ventilation as well as privacy in restrooms and bathrooms. It felt awkward that the restroom didn’t had any locks and bathrooms were of translucent door which inhibited privacy. If your with friends I would suggest taking two rooms. The service in the reception and in-room cleaning wad phenomenal. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating. They provided us with easy routes to cities and what to explore. The in-room service was also good, they cleaned our room well without us even asking for the cleaning. To be honest, might visit again but not with friends or family due to the privacy issues

Too far away from the centre of Brussels. Nothing in the surrounding area. Toom had nasty stain round back of the toilet. Weed being smoked in adjacent room. Zero customer service at reception even manners ! Checked out early (after 1 night)and relocated.

Good hotel for the middle earners

Good location, very clean, affortable. comfortable, good staffs. Specially desk managers Amin and Camila is very nice and helpful. Their small helps made me more happy than money and I will think to stay again in future if these guys are there.

A nice stay but...

The hotel was nice staff would good too only issue was the AC going out which was werid cause we had 3 people come to the room to tell us the AC was working but it takes a while to come on but it never came on turned out it was broken throughout the whole hotel cant understand why they couldnt tell us that from the start instead of leaving us to suffer in 30 degree heat during the night no ventilation at all not ideal if youve a young kid cause it gets very warm in the room

Horrible noise at midnight with the leaking water

There was continuous noises and disturbances due to the leakage of the water pipe on the 1st floor at around 2-4am which was the normal sleeping hours of human. It seriously affected the quality of sleep together with hygiene of the corridor badly. I complained to the reception and the management but no response nor reply unfortunately.

Obviously for the cost, we weren’t expecting the Ritz, but we did book a triple room for 3 people, only got given 2 towels and had to make the bunk bed up ourselves as if we were in a hostel or something. The glass door on the shower (reflected in the mirror to anyone on one of the beds) totally lacked privacy, as did the non-lockable toilet door. The toilet light went off after about 10 seconds and you had to do a little dance on the loo to get it to come back on. Breakfast was plentiful and the beds were comfortable but it just felt that the layout of the room hadn’t really been thought through. Charging for parking in that location (and charging so much) on top is a bit cheeky.

Avoid. Vehicle damaged in car park

My car was damaged by another vehicle in their car park - staff refused to review CCTV footage. Followed up with an email request to management, who also refused. Seemingly unmoved by criminal damage occurring on their property. Avoid at all costs, wish I’d stayed somewhere else, where guests and their property are valued

What if expect for the price.

Nice enough hotel, plenty of scuffs on the walls, bed was comfy. Towels were a bit small and the pillows could have been better.
