This home is a very short walk to Legends Event Center and a very short drive to both Texas A&M and Downtown Bryan. It also includes an 85” SMART TV and Home Theater Seating. The game room boasts: Ping Pong, Arcade Games, and Foosball. The driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles. Two bedrooms include single King Beds and en-suite baths and the third includes two bunk beds.

Perfect space for our family

The house was perfect for our family. We had a tournament to attend and the facility was in walking distance to the sports park. I was able to go on walks at the park before i started breakfast. Grocery store in close proximity. Having the 3 full bathrooms made our mornings easy to get up and go. Everything was clean and cozy. Great beds too.

RELLIS Registration

House was great. Neighborhood was quiet with probably the exception of our boys enjoying the game room (which was amazing, as well). We were in town for RELLIS registration and it was the perfect location. Great trip and will definitely stay there again when we visit them this next semester.
