Great Place to Stay

Fantastic location, lots of space, and clean. We had great family time, and a short drive to the Texas A&M campus. Highly recommend this house for game days or visiting students.

Convenient location with great layout for 4 couples

This house is great for groups of friends. Just across Villa Maria from Traditions Club; easily within 10-15 minutes of Kyle Field. It has 4 full bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It sleeps 8 super-comfortably and it also has extra space in an upstairs living area which includes a loft. Very well furnished with a full kitchen. Has a dedicated dining room, plus a great living area which includes a dry bar. For those traveling with pets, it has an enclosed yard w/ covered patio and dog door. You can't beat the size, price and proximity to campus. Also, easy striking distance to fun bars and restaurants in both downtown Bryan as well as Northgate or the up-scale Century Square.

Beautiful spacious home near Kyle Field

This home was perfect for a group of friends to relax. It is very clean and beds are comfortable. There are plenty of bedrooms for all. A place to create memories! Also, it is near campus so easy to go to and from events on campus and Kyle Field. Can’t wait to rent it for a football weekend or baseball or basketball game!

Great spot for A&M parents

We recently stayed at this house in College Station, and it was everything we could have hoped for! The location is ideal, especially if you're in town for anything Texas A&M. The house was comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for unwinding after a busy day on campus. Lots of room for friends or other couples. The neighborhood is quiet, and the backyard was a great spot to enjoy the cooler evenings. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, comfortable bedding, and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, this is a fantastic option for parents visiting their Aggies or for anyone coming in for a game. We’ll definitely stay here again on future trips to College Station!

Great Location and Size

Stayed at this house and was very happy with how easy it was to access Kyle Field and downtown Bryan. Perfect place to stay for a Gameday if you have a group. Quiet neighborhood while still having good proximity to where you need to be.
