Not a great stay

We booked this place to help a smaller business instead of a chain. Booked because site said there was a restaurant for breakfast. When we arrived we found we were on the second floor with outdoor stairs even though there were on a few guests. The room was clean but old and had a musty smell. The restaurant was not open for the season so we had to drive several miles to find breakfast.

Linens and towels were clean. The carpet needs replaced and is very worn and stained. Housekeeping entered our room despite us having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The water was lukewarm at best which was not great after a day of hiking in the snow. Also, the walls are very thin so we could hear the people in the rooms beside and above us. One of the rooms was loud until after 2 am. Great location close to Bryce NP entrance, but the restaurant isn't open in the winter.

Nice room basic stay

Room was very nice, one bed was hard the other was good. We were put in an outside unit with no working wifi. No coffee, ice bucket, glasses etc. and tv turned on when the neighbour put his on

For being conveniently near Bryce Canyon, it was a fair price. There was no hot water. Looks like they don’t take pride in fixing things. Table was broken. I only stayed for one night, would not recommend more than that.

Good stay overall

We stayed 2 nights, the stay was good overall, 4 stars because the water temperature in the shower was not the best, it was warm at best but not hot, we were there in late December where temperatures drop below freezing so the hot water was needed. I however did love the room and they had an electric heater in the bathroom to keep it warm which was great!
