Inside, three bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen allows you to dine as you please. With beach days, golf days and adventure days on your doorstep, its the perfect place for a trip to Anglesey with family or friends.

Enter the house into a stylish kitchen with electric hob, oven, kettle and toaster. Laminate wood flooring keeps things airy, bright and contemporary.

An adjacent utility room features a microwave, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer and bin, providing plenty of storage and keeping things practical.
Living Room
An airy living room and diner space features a Smart TV and dining table. A comfy sofa and armchairs ensure everyone has somewhere to sit, while patio doors lead out into a spacious enclosed garden.

A ground floor bedroom off the living area offers a double bed, storage wardrobes and an ensuite with shower, WC and basin.This is a great option for those with reduced mobility, but please keep in mind that the shower requires a step up into it.

The final bedroom is a bunk room with a set of bunk beds and one single bed. There is also a Smart TV making this space ideal for little ones.

A spacious enclosed garden boasts a grass and patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture. To the front of the house there is also offroad parking for two vehicles.

A peaceful spot on Anglesey's eastern side, Brynteg is a quaint community village with a golf club, tandoori restaurant, pub and dog park. For more choice in terms of shops and restaurants, the centre of Benllech is just 5 minutes by car. However, on an island that can be driven from top to bottom in 45 minutes, you're never really too far from anywhere!
Parc Delfryn is situated only a short distance from several beautiful beaches including Benllech, Red Wharf Bay and Traeth Bychan, while the Oriel Môn art gallery is 10-minutes away. An ideal destination if you're seeking serenity and seclusion with the convenience of a car.
