This luminous, open-plan, upper-floor condo is perfect for 4 guests. It features a comfortable TV/sitting area with a sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV for downtime moments at home. Big glass sliding doors lead to the private balcony, where you can enjoy sea and mountain views, a coffee or beverage, and sunset moments!

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home, plus a dishwasher for quick and easy clean-up. For sit-down meals, there’s a nice-sized dining table that can seat up to 6, and for added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.

When it’s time to retire, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, one with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious stand-in shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom with an entrance from the hall.

Bucerías is a picturesque destination on the Pacific Coast of the Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. This condo complex is located in the “golden zone,” just a block away from Bucerías Beach. You can walk there in less than 3 minutes! The area is a haven for water sports for those seeking adventure. If you’re into cultural activities, you’ll find a lot of art galleries and shops. Plus, world-class golf, dining, quaint cafes and boutique shopping nearby. Punta Mita is about a 30-min drive north, and Puerto Vallarta is about 30 minutes south.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 17.3 km | 10.5 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you arrive by car, there’s parking at the property on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can also get around by taxi.

Other Things to Note:
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 14kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
