After making our reservation, we attempted multiple times to contact the host with basic questions and received no response at all. Communication was essentially nonexistent, which made us uncomfortable proceeding with the stay.Because of the lack of communication and the confusing/inaccurate map location shown on the listing, we decided to book a different property instead. The alternative place we stayed at was excellent and highlighted just how important clear communication really is.To make matters worse, we were later charged on our credit card as if we had stayed at this property—when we absolutely did not. Being charged for a stay that never occurred, combined with the host’s complete lack of responsiveness, was extremely frustrating.Overall, this listing was misleading, communication was terrible, and the billing issue was unacceptable. We would not recommend this property or host to others.
