We really enjoyed the unit, great location with coffee shop, wine store, and groceries near by. The building is secure and easy to get to. Only downfall to this particular unit is that the walls are not insulated or sound proofed...you can hear the next unit clear as a bell...not fun when the neighbours have a baby that cries and yells throughout the night. You can even hear people walking around the unit.

The room was too small for our needs, which was our doing. However, the room was poorly furnished. The photo depicted a table/desk and two of the same chairs. What we got was an very small slated table and 2 different types of chairs both of which were impractical and uncomfortable for eating or working at the table. The kitchen space was very poorly designed. We were unable to put two pots on the two burners at the same time. The stovetop cooking space was too small and the two pots too large to fit on the stove at the same time. As well, you could not open the lid of the coffee maker to pour in water because it did not fit underneath the cupboards when opened. You had to pull it out near the very edge of the counter and fumble with adding the coffee and water. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Why offer a room with a kitchen that is not functional and chairs that do not allow one to sit and eat?!
