Easy check in and check out. Unit was exactly as described. Very nice kitchen, beds comfortable,pool nice, and easy walk to beach and many restaurants. And we were excited to find two beach chairs along with an umbrella.

Exactly as Expected

The property was exactly as described in the VRBO add. Pictures and amentities were accurate. The property is in a great location just a block from the beach, pleanty of restaurants and food stores within minutes walk. The check in was seamless and done quickly. The property is secure and always monitored with gate access only. The beds, pillows and space are very comfortable and welcoming. We stayed with 4 adults and felt like we had more than enough room for everyone. We would stay again without hesitation.

Nice, but needs improvement

Unfortunately we had food left in the bedroom drawers and the bathrooms mirrors were not cleaned. We also had to call for service on the safes as the were broken, the refrigerator did not work and they could not fix it, and the kitchen counter stools were broken and could not be adjusted (leaving no room for legs under the counter). We also had to ask several times for a mid-week clean, which eventually occurred at the end of the day leaving us without towels. The property amenities (gym and pool) were being used by people staying at the building across the street (beach side), so security was an issue. The location was great and the staff were friendly.

Nice place but still under construction

Hi this place was great however people should be told that it’s still under construction. It didn’t bother us much as we weren’t in our room during the day but it is very loud.
