My Bucerias vacation

This is a clean quiet apartment. Miguel our manager was very responsive and friendly.The suite has no ocean view....the deck looks at a brick wall.The building is super secure and safe

Great property close to everything

Stayed at this property in LIFE Condominiums, condo is very nice, clean, modern, very secure. Being on the ground floor it has a small patio with table and chairs, there is a big new BBQ but still not hooked up to use, but will be nice once it is. Condo has pretty much all you need as far as dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. There are 2 TV's, 1 in each bedroom, it would have been better to have one in the sitting area off the kitchen, rather then both in bedrooms(but not a big issue). Having stayed at many VRBO in the past the only things I would say is there is no little extras in the condo except salt/pepper,(having some water in the fridge would have been a nice touch) so you will need to buy spices, condiments etc if you plan to do any cooking in the condo. Chedraui grocery store is about a 10 min walk, so not too far. Beach is 1 block away, lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, even walking into the main part of Bucerias is only 10 min walk, and lots of restaurants/bars on the beach there. One thing to mention is the spiral stairs going up to the second floor are fairly narrow, so if you have any mobility issues this might a problem, just keep that in mind, second floor has a small balcony but only 1 folding chair to sit on, should have 2. The property management was great, they have beach chairs and umbrellas you can rent for the day/week, you will definitely need them for the beach as there is no shade anywhere, sometimes they don't even charge you for the day, nice touch. Security staff at the front desk were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Infinity pool on first floor was very nice, also there is a bar and restaurant on the top floor, beautiful at night, ate at the restaurant the last night and it was very good, I would recommend it. Overall I would recommend this property.
