Bucerias one night stay.

Our stay was very nice. Staff was courtous and friendly. The room was small, but great for a couple. Staff helped us with the leaking sink and sent maintenance right away. Only bad note was only a Security Guard was available to "check us out" at 4:45 am. Knocked and called out until he arrived. Not too pleased with this setup. Overall, great stay.

Great location overshadowed by customer service

The hotel is dated but in a perfect location, it actually is a gem, however, the horrific customer service is one reason I probably wouldn’t go back. No greeting the customers, no smiles, no helpful information, just terrible. It’s as if all the workers hate their job and it shows, which is too bad for the quaint hotel.

El hotel confortable, las instalaciones aceptables; check out rápido; la atención del personal mala, no hubo orientación de la ubicación de los servicios con que cuenta el hotel, explicación sobre la tarjeta del estacionamiento, no había nadie en las toallas, etc, considero que el hotel tiene instalaciones bastante aceptables solo que la organización y atención del personal no es la adecuada para los huéspedes.
