Host is a fraud - stay away

As a frequent traveller this was the worst experience anyone can ever imagine. This was an apartment privately hosted. There was no mention of any additional fees upon booking the apartment. when i arrived at the apartment location, I was unable to locate it, i asked the neighbouring shops and they were not aware of the apartment. I contacted the hold on a number of occasions but he did not anwer, after 2 hours he sent a text demanding cleaning charge which was more than the nighly rate of the apartment. I contacted hotels.com relocation and they failed to help. I ended up paying for another hotel from my pocket and stayed the night there. I was travelling alone, imagine you were travelling with family and young children and were left stranded on the road in 40+ C heat. Don't ever book this place. I wouldn't even book this if someone paid me to go there. I was also disappointed with hotels.com customer services / relocation team. being a gold member and being with hotels.com for over 20 years, it was one of the worst services i received. 1BDR Apartment Perla Sky, must be removed from hotels.com listing.

Joli appartement bien décoré, dans un immeuble moins joli. Café davon et produits de base à disposition.Dommage que des draps du canapé lit ne soient ni mis ni disponibles quand 4 personnes sont annoncées, il y avait seulement le coussin et duvet, mais sans draps. Impossible de joindre par téléphone, seulement chat. Des frais de nettoyage non annoncés sont demandés.
