From the lovely balcony you can watch the city moving below you and feel its spirit. The apartment is located right in the very heart of Bucharest, being an ideal point for tourists.

*Please note that the apartment can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as for photoshoots or video shoots (videoclips, video blogs, etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images of the apartment without our approval.

The rental amount for photo/video shoots starts at 100 euro, depending on your needs. For a correct price offer for this purpose, please contact us in advance, before making the reservation.

You have private access to the whole accommodation and its amenities. All of the apartment’s features are there for you to enjoy.

It gives us no bigger pleasure than to be part of your amazing experience while in Bucharest. That being said, we are reachable for any inquiries, suggestions, or issues you might have.

Our apartment is located right in the very heart of the city, being a perfect starting point to discover the main attractions. The entire area is full of history.

Most of the important Bucharest's attractions are in proximity: The National Theatre, Bucharest Municipality Museum (Sutu Palace), Coltea Building, The University of Bucharest. The Old Town with its beautiful historical buildings is at only 3 minutes walking.

If you are interested in visiting Bucharest, maybe you've heard about the fun that you can have in the Old Town area. With hundreds of restaurants, pubs, bars, coffee shops - the area really offers something for every taste. The streets are lively (especially during summer days), being the place where locals and tourists mingle and have fun.

The apartment is located right in the city center, having connections with all parts of the city.

It can be reached in 20 minutes by car from Henri Coanda International Airport and in 10 minutes from the North Railway Station.

At 5 minutes walk is the metro station ""Piata Universitatii"", on M2 line, the principal metro line of the city. Also, near the metro can be found the station for numerous buses and trolleys.

We can send you all the information regarding traveling options like taxi, ridesharing, metro, buses, trams, and private transfer to/from the airport.

We kindly ask you to note that the exterior aspect of the building may not be visually pleasing.

Most of the central buildings are old, historic buildings and are not in a very pleasant state. Most of them are currently on the list of future reconditioners.

We assure you that, despite the appearance, the area is safe and there have never been any safety issues.

More, we guarantee that the interior of the apartment has nothing to do with the building. Once you enter the apartment, you will have a wonderful experience :)

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME:
Check-in: 15:00 (3 PM) - 00:00 (12 AM)
Check-out: any time before 11:00 (11 AM)

CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
*IMPORTANT
- EN: To fully comply with Romanian regulations, we must ask all of our guests to complete the accommodation form. It is mandatory to send us a photo with your ID (even if you will not actually be staying) and a photo with the ID of all the people who will enter the apartment. The check-in procedure is possible only based on this documentation.

Please note:
- All the IDs sent must be valid;
- The guest making the reservation should have +18 years;
- All the minors must be accompanied by a family member/legal tutor;
Without fulfilling these conditions, check-in will not be possible.

*IMPORTANT
- RO: Pentru a complete fisa de cazare conform reglementarilor in vigoare, este obligatoriu sa ne trimiteti o fotografie cu actul Dvs de identitate (chiar daca nu va veti caza efectiv) si o fotografie cu actul de identitate al tuturor persoanelor care vor intra in apartment. Procedura de check-in se poate efectua doar in baza acestei documentatii.

Va rugam sa aveti in vedere:
- Toate ID-urile trimise trebuie sa fie valabile;
- Oaspetele care face rezervarea trebuie sa aiba +18 ani;
- Toti minorii trebuie sa fie insotiti de un membru al familiei/tutore legal;
Fara a indeplini aceste conditii, check-in-ul nu va fi posibil.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
You’re welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out. We will need to confirm your request first and fees may apply. Checking out after the established time will result in additional fees. Any guest who is still
in their homey after 11:30 (and hasn’t confirmed a late checkout) will be charged for an extra night, the cost of rescheduling the cleaning services, and the cost of relocation or cancellation of the next reservation.

Please take into consideration that the cleaning services are scheduled for 11:00 AM and rescheduling the cleaning services cost 20€.

LOST OBJECTS:
Please note that we are not responsible for personal items forgotten in the apartment after check-out. If it happens to forget an object in the apartment, please write to us as soon as you notice the lack of it. We will be
happy to help you, but if we do not succeed, please do not be mad with us :)

Finding a forgotten object depends on many factors, which are not 100% in our control.

HOUSE RULES & NON-COMPLIANCE FEES:
- No smoking allowed (allowed only on certain open balconies, if available)
Non-compliance fee: 150€

- No pets, not even really cute ones :)

- No extra or unregistered guests allowed on the property;

- Keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 8:00 (10 PM – 8 AM), we care about our neighbours. In case the police will be contacted, the fine starts from 400€.

- No parties, events, or meetings, not even really quiet ones;
Non-compliance fee: 500€

- No commercial purposes without approval;
Non-compliance fee: 500€

- In case you rearrange the furniture during your stay, please make sure to arrange it back before leaving;

- Towels and linens must stay where they belong, in the apartment;

- Any missing items or damages to the property or furniture will be charged.
