Had an amazing experience at this hotel. I am here for one more day and the staff has been so friendly and the rooms were super clean. I was here for my birthday and the hotel even brought me a bottle of champagne to my room on the house which was very unexpected and so nice. Its also in the center of lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return!

Very nice property in old town… which is not necessarily ideal given the amount of bars and clubs and restaurants which attract big crowds and noise. The hotel staff was very attentive and nice. I think that The Mansion is more of a 3 star than a 4 star hotel - some little details were missing to merit the 4 th star (sewing kit, vanity sets, a walk in shower, etc.)

Room was beautiful and also very clean. Staff were very helpful, location is central to the old town Breakfast was so so, some fresh cut fruit would be nice (some apples and bananas on the side but that was about all). I was at the front so it was quite loud as it faced one of the main streets in the old town but i knew where i was staying so i knew it was likely to not be the quietest

My experience at The Mansion Boutique Hotel was great! My room, The Provence was stylish, clean and comfortable! Andrea, Sebastian and other staff members were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was simply delicious and had a flair of homemade breakfast tastes. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and I recommend this hotel for others that are planning to stay in The Old Town area!

The hotel staff were wonderful. Each morning the staff helped me navigate to the meeting sites for my tours. They contacted a bus company on my behalf when I had departure site questions. The laundry service was good. The hot shower and water pressure was great. Each room is decorated according to a design theme. Hotel was close to museums and the University Square.

The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and helpful during my stay! (the welcome glass of bubbles was a nice touch). Also, the nice lady who works evenings organized my wake up call and to-go breakfast one morning. The gentleman behind the bar during breakfast, making the coffees, was a delight. Polite, attentive and great service. All of them made my stay very pleasant (give them a raise)

Very nice hotel in the centre of Bucharest. Close to lots of restaurants and bars, and many of the sights. A bit loud at night for an older adult, but great for the younger generation.

Good hotel in the heart if Bucaresti

The hotel is quaint on a pedestrian street of cafes and bars. The breakfast was good and the room comfortable.the only issue could be for anyone coming witb large bags(this was not our case) as tbe taxi drop off is 200m from the hotel. Otherwise, this hotel has wonderful young staff who are eager to assist you and make the stay enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay, staff were lovely and welcoming when we arrived and helped with bags. The hotel doesn’t have a lift so luggage was a problem for my older parents. Beautifully restored and maintained historic property where each room was unique and well thought through. The only issue I have is that I was staying in the Nautic room which has a beautiful large space with lovely themed details and stunning bathroom that has a clear window into the bedroom. It leaves you very exposed when in the bathroom as there are no blinds or way to tint the glass so that everyone else doesn’t have to see you go about your business. The Maroc room where my parents stayed had no such issues and they loved the decor and ambiance and facilities.

Great stay in Bucharest

Staff very friendly and informative right from the get go. Recieved an upgrade without asking and the hotel arranged a blue taxi to the airport on our departure. Would highly recommend this hotel in the centre of the old town
