And with Crystal Beach within walking distance, you`ll have all the best of Buckeye Lake right at your fingertips.

While there is a small road separating the home from the water, Colonial on Crane offers unobstructed views and easy access to the lake. Enjoy peaceful mornings or evenings on one of the many decks or porches, taking in the scenic beauty of the water and surrounding area.

Step inside and be greeted by the stunning craftsmanship of this home, built by a talented cabinet maker. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, 2 full baths and a pair of jack and Jill bathrooms with a middle shared shower room. Colonial on Crane offers plenty of space to comfortably accommodate your group.

The second floor features a master bedroom with an en-suite bath, as well as two additional bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath and a half. The entry level offers a full bath, while the lower level has two more bedrooms, a game room, and a poker room.

The master bedroom is a true oasis, with a private kitchenette and a second-floor deck overlooking the water. It`s the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or hot cocoa while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

On those rainy days, gather in the lower level game room for some indoor fun. Play a game of pool, try your hand at the arcade game, or challenge your friends to a game of darts or poker.

For your convenience, we offer late check-out and early check-in options upon request. And don`t worry about leaving your furry friends behind – pets are welcome with a small cleaning fee (maximum of 2 pets per BL Village Code).

Please note that our property follows Ohio Administrative Code 3745.19 regarding outdoor burning, so there is no open burning allowed. However, our gas fire pit table is the perfect alternative for cozy evenings outside.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are located at the entry doors and parking area of the home.
