Days unfold paddling kayaks and paddleboards, boating across open water, and gathering on wide lakefront decks before evenings settle around lawn games, pool table matches, and quiet reflections across the shoreline. A private setting on a large waterfront lot creates the feeling of having your own stretch of the lake.
Morning begins with sunlight moving slowly across the lake, the wide shoreline visible from the decks as the water sets the pace for the day ahead. The property’s large private lot creates a sense of space that extends from the house to the water, giving the setting a quiet, expansive feel.
Lake days unfold easily. Kayaks and paddleboards rest near the shoreline for early paddles, while boating across the open lake fills the afternoon before returning to relax on the decks overlooking the water. Lawn areas provide room for outdoor games, and the pool table offers an indoor option for evening recreation.
Inside, the home is designed for shared stays without sacrificing privacy. Seven king suites, each with its own ensuite bath, provide individual space for every guest while gathering areas remain open and welcoming for meals, conversation, and time together.
As evening approaches, the lake grows still again. Soft light reflects across the shoreline, conversations continue across the decks and living spaces, and the setting settles into the calm that defines nights on Lake Oconee.
Located directly on Lake Oconee, the property offers private lakefront access with nearby marinas, dining, and local services within a short drive while maintaining a secluded waterfront setting.

Must be 25 years old to rent a STR in Putnam County GA
NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found
Max of 12 people allowed at the property at Anytime
No Pets allowed
No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only on the driveway
No more than 5 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 12 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock.
We do monitor our ring outdoor cameras.
We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County STR ordinances - included in your rental agreement, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
