Garden aspect top floor three bed apartment with a balcony and views over turn-of century villas and the Buda hills is available for long term rent. The flat is on the top floor of the 4-story old building with a lift. The building is a beautiful turn of century style house with a classic double courtyard. The flat is the last flat on the floor with nobody walking past it, or above it. Two rooms have a courtyard view, the living room , its balcony and the big bedroom looks over to a green garden, the Buda hills and the wonderful lush greens of the diplomatic quarter, directly on Városligeti Fasor and its turn of century villas. It is bright and sunny. Has air conditioning.
The two courtyard bedrooms are similar size and the living room is large, the third bedroom is also quite large. There are two bathrooms( toilets). The kitchen is separate.
The balcony is big enough to have a small table and some chairs or a small bench outside.
