Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with diswasher and coffe machine. 3 bathrooms, each with toilette. Comfortable for 8-10 persons.
Heritage building surrounded by coffeshops and restaurants. Liszt Ferenc square, the famous „Gozsdu udvar” , or Jókai square and Hajós street.
Nearest Metro Station 100m. Parliament, Andrassy street, St Stephens Basilica and the Chain Bridge is in walking distance.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The unit was clean and well maintained. It was close in proximity to tourist destinations. It was the perfect size for 5 guests. The one downfall was that the building itself was not 100% clean. There was garbage left in the stairwell that was left there for a few days. This was no fault of the unit owner.

Great location

Wonderful stay, Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Yvette’s apartment on our recent visit to Budapest. Super comfortable and spacious for our group of six adults, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the third bedroom’s bathroom a walk away. Nice showers with hot water and well equipped kitchen. Location is super with all important sites in Pest less than 15 minutes walk, bakery next door has delicious pastries. We had great communication with Yvette and she was very quick to assist us with a problem on the elevator. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Location!

Yvette’s apartment was a wonderful option for our stay in Budapest. It is close to public transit, near plenty of restaurants and shops in an easily walkable area of town, and nicely updated. We would definitely recommend booking Yvette’s place if you’re visiting!

Easy to walk to everything

Love the apartment. Three bedroom - two have there own bathrooms - the third bedroom has to use a bathroom that’s near the kitchen. The location and size of each bedroom made me happy with the property. I do wish the curtains blocked the light out more. There’s a high rise next door and its lights shine right into two of the bedrooms all night. We cooked everyday in the kitchen. It was stocked well enough.

Spacious, short of pillow cases, needs new towels , no dishwasher tablets or dish cloths, door locking was difficult. All sounds a bit picky but overall a good flat which I would use again.

the was larger for our group. We had 3 couples so each had their own bed and bathroom. Kitchen was perfect and room to relax. I loved that the building was vintage but updated. Location was perfect to get around daiconveniences.

Great location, big apartment!

Three bedroom with closets and couches and futon in living room. Large dining room table. Would like extra towels if possible. Good air conditioner. Had a coffee pot but was u familiar with style but complex had an excellent bakery and coffee shop on the ground floor which we were happy with.

Wonderful Vacation - Perfect Location!!

We loved this apartment! Super comfortable beds, delicious bakery downstairs made the whole building smell wonderful, and everything on the Pest side we wanted to see and do was an easy walk!!! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment in a good location for everything.

Spacious and fairly comfortable, good central location and well equipped. Just a few minor tweaks would get this property 10/10 such as a link of paint and another sofa to seat more than two people, plus a new blind in one of the windows to stop the light coming in early. But all in all, highly recommended and good value for money. An enjoyable stay all round. The arrival and departure process was very simple and the property manager responded very quickly to all queries.

Nice apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a fabulous location within walking distance to many of the major sights and great restaurants. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, welcoming and nicely furnished. Great communication with the host, who very kindly left us a pot of coffee ready to brew.

Great location for touring Budapest. Easy walking distance to public transportation and easy walking distance to many restaurants. Five adults shared this apartment for five nights and it was very comfortable. 3 private bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Located on 3rd floor of a building with an elevator.

Great location

This apartment was in a great location. It was well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 nice bathrooms each with a shower ( no tub). The Hard Rock Hotel is being built next door so some construction noise early in the morning. Beds were comfortable but sheets and towels could use an update. A couple of extra towels would be nice. Pillows need replaced and pillow covers need to be used! I would stay there again.

Owner out of country but answers emails quickly. She has a property manage company who minimally respond. Needs comfortable sofa, more toilet paper, paring knife, more towels( one per person for a week not enough), pillows were flat and only had 1 pillowcase per person. List washer/dryer but No dryer. No directions how to use washer. No reading lamps in whole apartment, no freezer section to fridge, only 1 dish towel for week. No comfort pillows in 4 uncomfortable chairs in living room . Bathroom trash can lid wouldn’t open, not even manually. And the construction of multi floor building meant concrete pouring from as early as 6:30 am going all day just 20 ft away From 20’ away workers are looking in bedrooms and living room all day.The thin brown curtains blocked neither light non gave privacy when lights were on in apt at night. The bedroom next to front door had outside lights flashing on and off all night Good points - several have been mentioned. In addition, it was fairly clean. The house cleaner mistook us for the outgoing renters and was angry and rude. No one who spoke Hungarian bothered to explain clearly to him. After 36 or more hours with no sleep, we were told we could enter an hour early but he wasn’t finished. He left some things such as drainboard and refrigerater uncleaned. It was a terrible start. We had him call Victor at property mngr co. But it was next day before we received one more towel and 2 more pillowcases. Not enough still. Pillows had drool marks all over them and we’re so thin and used that we had to stack several to get one big enough. There were no lighter weight bed covers for when it was warmer. Duvet fillers did not seem clean. Some thought beds uncomfortable. Some though comfortable heat and ac system seemed good Quiet at night once construction workers knocked off. Swing concrete buckets looked like they were going to hit the windows. Bakery below very good. Front entrance looked somewhat questionable for safety. other arriving renters asked if we felt safe. But we found street safe and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Public transport nearby. Get the Budapest pass. The red bus is confusing and slow and doesn’t include Metro. Liquid soap only Bring bars of soap and hand towel and washcloth if you use. Bathrooms and water pressure good. Coffee maker no good unless you can read Hungarian. Elevator works fine but not visually in good shape I have owned Short term rentals for 28 years. Was disappointed

Excellent choice for your stay in Budapest.

Nicely appointed apartment in an excellent location next to important neighborhoods in Budapest. 50 yards from Andrassy utc. which is the main high street shopping artery. On weekends in warm weather they close the road for an extensive street fair - music, food, wine, beer and boutique items. Awesome. The building is older but the apartment is new - the bathrooms are in excellent condition and the AC units (there are 3) all function effectively. Three bedrooms - all are quiet at night and comfortable. The unit really isn’t set up for entertaining- so I think it’s a good set up for 3 individual might be a bit tight for more than 3 couples -but that depends on the party. The staff was friendly and helpful and getting into the unit is easy. The lift is very small and slow - so make your grocery or provision trips count.
