The room was brilliant including the whole hotel itself. Such a beautiful palace well preserved. The breakfast room is stunning!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here and it was walking distance for the places we wanted to visit especially with a baby. The junior suite had such huge space and the staff were amazing! All welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends and family visiting.

The room was very nice and spacious. Check in could have been more courtesy. No info was offered about amenities, ie the spa. We did not get the beds booked but made due. The shower was temperamental and only worked when it wanted to. On the plus side the lounge was lovely, food excellent and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very delicious.

Overall a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful inside. Very central location. Unfortunately whilst my boyfriend was in the shower, the water leaked everywhere. It flooded the entire room from the bathroom to the bedroom. It is our understanding that the seal was faulty. we called reception and when the staff came up they tried to say it was my boyfriend’s fault , and seemed quite condescending. Luckily, they moved our room but we missed our dinner reservation as a result. Another thing is we came back to our room after it had been made up. We were asleep in the afternoon and a woman (staff member) walked into our room after knocking once. We know it was not a maid as she was wearing a suit. We do not know why she came into our room.

Room was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us navigating the local area. Shower was amazing! Hotel was absolutely beautiful and in an excellent location, within walking distance to the bridges, buda castle, parliment building is on the doorstep, the boots war memorial, danube river cruises and many more! Room 112 had a view into the courtyard. Will definitely return in the future

The room was actually clean, when i mean clean, i mean Pristine with care. This is the only Hotel where i really felt they cleaned it well. The people were very polite and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay, and look forward to staying next time too!
