Charming, Fun, 3-Suite Apartment in Vibrant Budapest
You will feel joy and at ease when your family or friend group steps into your plus size apartment inspired by a soothing Scandinavian color palette. We thought of all luxurious comfort elements to make your holiday memorable. A Nespresso machine and two fully equipped kitchens (each with dishwasher, 4-burner stovetop, oven, super spacious fridge) create bright and calm mornings while many large, comfy sofas and a huge Smart TV ensures relaxed evenings with loved ones.
The flat has three huge guest rooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two full bathrooms. Each room has two 160-CM wide beds and there are sofas all around.
Three table / counter areas are available to eat or work comfortably.
This 130m2 apartment is ideal for large families, groups of friends and even for colleagues who are seeking private quarters in a space much larger than hotel rooms.
You enter from the main road through a private double entrance to the first large guest suite which has two additional sitting areas and a huge full-length mirror wardrobe. Off of this suite is a fully equipped, Miele kitchen with a sitting area and a full bathroom with a large shower.
To your left, along the quiet street is the second huge guest suite with a dining table, sofa sitting area, 55" Smart TV with Netflix and two queen beds separated in the back of the suite.
Towards the building's interior courtyard, you find the third large suite which has it's own fully equipped brand new kitchen and bathroom with a shower/tub. Due to the comfort of three separate suites, two kitchens and two full bathrooms, the apartment is set up perfectly for large families or groups who want to spend quality time together while also being able to retreat and enjoy some privacy.
Each of the three suites has a remote-controlled AC unit for your maximum comfort.
We prepare six queen-sized beds for up to twelve people in the two large suites. For the 13th and 14th registered guests we prepare sofa beds in only one of the rooms.
The suites are accessible via a Smartlock system that requires the NUKI app to be downloaded on the smartphone of at least one person. Of course, all guests can download the app and gain access to the apartment this way, which is what we recommend.
There are 5 steps up to the apartment from the main entrance - sturdy handrails assist with easy movement. If multiple steps are inconvenient, there are two additional entrances to the apartment from the courtyard, each with just one step to reach the apartment. If you would like to use these one-step entrances, please let us know and we will gladly assist (as these doors are otherwise locked and only for emergency exiting).
The three main guest suites, two full kitchens and two full baths are all private and yours. There is a private entrance at the front of the building from the street that leads up to your flat. As we know your would, please be respectful of building tenants when spending time in the courtyard.

Please note that in order to grant access to the space, we are required by Hungarian Government Decrees 239/2009 and 383/2020, like all accommodation providers, to collect guest ID documents and submit them to the Closed Guest Information Database (Vendég Információs Zárt Adatbázis, or VIZA). Once you book we will provide you with a secure and convenient means of providing this information.
