We stayed at this hotel last weekend and it’s our understanding that it has only recently opened. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none available. We weren’t informed of this sooner, which left us pushed for time before our boat trip as my girlfriend had no way to dry her hair. Shortly after, we also noticed there was no body wash or shampoo provided in the room. When I asked staff about this, I was again told there was none available. I then had to go out to a shop to purchase basic toiletries ourselves. Overall, the experience felt quite disorganised. While we appreciate that the hotel is newly opened and may still be finding its feet, it did not feel as though there was much effort made to resolve the issues or to ensure guests were looked after. We hope these are just teething problems and that improvements will be made for future guests.

Room was clean and very vintage like, simple but had what I needed. Just wish they had bottled water to drink or to use for tea/coffee facilities. Prime location - for all attractions on the Buda side, and easy access & paths to get to the (Pest) side for all other sights. Happy with the amenities and staff service. All good, only real feedback is - Maybe get Tv's in the room and some soft drinks in the room fridge for guests (for those who don't drink alcohol). Overall good stay for my first time in Budapest.
