The hotel was beautiful and the location right on the river was great. Far enough away from all the action that it was really quiet, but equally easy enough to walk everywhere in 20 mins or so. Service was great and would stay here again!

We loved our stay at Hotel Vision. The immaculate property features many amenities, including a water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station, a nice workout room, a sauna with showers and changing rooms, and a friendly and accommodating staff. Every interaction was positive and helpful. We were upgraded to an Ambassador Suite facing the Danube, one of the highlights of our Budapest trip, including a stay at a five-star hotel. The suite has spectacular views and features incredible small details that show how much thought was put into the design and the guests' comfort. The suite is ideal for long-term stays where you need more room to spread out and a functioning kitchen (including a stove and Nespresso machine). The bathroom features two sinks, a towel warmer, and a glass cutout to see the view while bathing in the tub. The WC is separate, and the closet is huge! There is a lovely conversation area right before huge windows, and the views from the room and the balcony are spectacular. The location near the Elizabeth Bridge on the Danube makes getting anywhere super easy, and the Bolt Taxis are prompt, plentiful, and courteous. From this location, it is an easy walk (one block) to Vaci Street, the Castle District, and two outstanding thermal baths: Rudas and Gellert. I recommend both because they provide very different experiences. We walked everywhere from the location, which was an ideal way to get to know Budapest. When we return to Budapest, we will stay here.

Incredible hotel. Had a fantastic night's sleep - rooms are quiet, sound-proofed, extremely clean, well-designed without a lot of "extras". Had bottle of wine with wineglass and handwritten "welcome" card waiting in room. Check-in/check-out was flawless - reception staff was professional and gracious (I had a very early 3:00 a.m. check-out - was not a problem at all). Located on rakpart/quay immediately around corner from famous Vaci utca (shopping, tourist street), across from Danube River with view of Gellert statue; near 2 tram/other transportation. I've stayed in 5 other hotels thus far in Budapest, and this one is in my top 2 - would happily return.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional—truly one of the best city hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The service, particularly from Petra, was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome. She informed us that we’d been upgraded to a deluxe room, explained the hotel facilities in detail, and even escorted us to our room, where we were greeted with a thoughtful touch: a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates. Petra went above and beyond, inviting us to enjoy complimentary drinks at the hotel’s Tapas bar, adding to the overall experience. The room itself was impressively modern and even featured a fully stocked minibar—an amenity that has become a rarity post-COVID. The thoughtful extras didn’t stop there. The hotel offered complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was a delightful surprise. Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay and are already looking forward to returning. The combination of impeccable service and well-appointed accommodations truly set this hotel apart.
