Great Budapest Apartment!!

Amazing location, apartment was gorgeous and immaculate and the loft bed gave a sense of space and added privacy. Kitchenette was useful (microwave, fridge & stove) and bathroom was nice. Apartment building was a little dingy walking up but no issues. Check in instructions straightforward and easy to follow.

good but scary at night

the apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. lots of shops/restaurants nearby. strategic place. but i wouldnr suggest it if u guys were to check in at night. the area is dingy, scary. when we reach the place at 11 pm (we were travelling from vienna), we were confused about the place. no lights after the main door. we thought we were in some kind of haunted house. it is very scary for us. we dont advise if ur travelling alone/girls only if its at night. i guess it would be better if during the day. otherwise we are very satisfied with the apartment.

Property is very well located and clean, but it could do with a few more kitchen utensils, such as a tea towel, for instance. A bathroom mat wouldn't go amiss either. I will not give it full marks due to the fact that we depended on the neighbours to control the heating. Other than that, a nice stay and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I was not provided the check in instructions from the hotel. I emailed and phoned many times and received no response. When I reached the hotel, the host told us the check in was not until 3pm, however on expedia it says 2pm. Also check out was at 10am instead of 11am on expedia. We had no hot water for the first 2 days due to plumbing issues. After having cold showers we had to let 3 plumbers in on two separate days. Because we were only provided with one set of keys between 3 of our guests we had to stay back and wait for the plumbers. The bathroom also was not cleaned properly. During our stay, the hotel was poorly cleaned from previous occupants plus we ran out of toliet paper 2 times and resorted to buying our own. The microwave was disgusting with food stuck all over it so was unusable.
