New apartment ,but can be improved

the apartment is clean and reflects the description made, however: The mattress of the double bed is rather hard; there are not enough curtains to ensure the privacy of the occupants, being able to be seen from the outside even in their underwear; there is not even a rag in the kitchen to dry the dishes; it would have been useful to have written directions in the apartment for the operation of wi-fi especially for those who, when abroad do not have data connection on the phone;it was not easy to open the apartment with the keys inserted in the box that opens with a code that arrived only on the day of arrival; there is no air conditioning; in the bathroom the radiator for drying bath towels was not known to work.

May.04.23 The property is a newer one and it's a modern building. Nice and clean apts. I was Happy with the APT, and it's a very convenient location. However the naibirhood is horrible and it's unsafe. Homeless people are all over the naibirhood. People are sleeping and using the sidewalks as a Toilet. Humen and dog urine and poop are everywhere. The street smells bad and people are loud, and fighting with one an other. Garay street and Keleti train station area is bad and unsafe. I have checked out from the APT. in 10 days after I have arrived of my 21 days vacation time. I have checked in to a safer tourist friendly place. I would not recommend this area for anyone.
