Brilliant house set back in a village in Jacobstow, over looking the church.

Brilliant house set back in a village in Jacobstow, over looking the church. Very large house, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Ground floor bedroom has bath in their bathroom.. the double en-suites are shower rooms and the 2 rooms with 3 singles in each room share a bathroom with bath. The spacious lounge is beautifully done. Large selection of dvds to choose from, books too. The kitchen is massive, good range of utensils in drawers, everything you need to hold a party if required. The dining room is joined onto kitchen with can seat 12. The seating area at the back is comfy, spent most of my time in here. Light airy and peaceful. Didn’t use the games rooms. The utility room was needed, washer and dryer. Keep the towels dry and ready for another beach day. The bed is huge, could starfish all day long! Comfy too. Can’t find anything to grumble about, I’m from Yorkshire and know how to, but nothing. Perfect holiday for this family of 6. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Very well equipped with plenty of games and toys for the children. Lots of space, only downside was bed mattresses were uncomfortable but could be a personal taste issue! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Our family stayed at church view in July and we had a fantastic and relaxing break. The house is absolutely beautiful and it is fully stocked with everything you need and more. The house was so clean and we were able to relax from the minute we arrived. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break! We were so close to the beaches and even bad days where we wanted to rush back to relax in the beautiful house. A quiet area where we felt very safe! This lovely property is situated in a Quiet peaceful little village, so ideal for a relaxing time but not too far from other attractions.

Church View is a lovely cottage with plenty of space, inside and out, for the family to enjoy. The cottage is very clean and includes plenty of equipment, particularly in the kitchen. The owners were there on arrival and departure and were very helpful and contactable if we had needed them. Closely positioned near to Bude and many fantastic beaches. Only minor downside was that we weren't able to do as much walking as we would have liked due to the narrow roads and the ages of our children.

The cottage was great for our family of 10.

The cottage was great for our family of 10. Everything was in good working order - lovely hot water for showers, cosy and warm, comfortable beds, peaceful and quiet location. There wasn't much of a garden - mostly patio - but as it was a school holiday we were allowed to take the children over the school field (opposite) to play football. If I can be really picky I would say the only thing that would have made life a little easier would be a few new saucepans as the ones in the kitchen had wonky bottoms which made them wobble about in the induction hob, and it took ages for them to heat up. A small thing! Even in February the house was lovely and warm and there is plenty to do in the area. We had a great time.
