Mucklow Cottage is a charming upside-down barn conversion, thoughtfully created from an original hay barn dating back to 1880. This welcoming cottage provides the perfect base for families, couples and small groups looking to explore the stunning North Cornwall coastline. With far-reaching sea and countryside views and spectacular sunsets over Widemouth Bay, Mucklow Cottage offers a peaceful retreat in a truly special setting.



The spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is bright and airy, creating a sociable space to relax together after a day on the beach or exploring the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering holidays, while comfortable seating allow guests to enjoy the wonderful views. The living area can also be accessed via traditional external barn steps, adding to the property's unique character. Outside, a small seating area provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining, morning coffee or simply watching the sun set over the sea.



On the ground floor, the cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms. The principal bedroom features a double bed along with an additional single bed, making it ideal for families, while the second bedroom contains full-sized bunk beds. Also located on the ground floor is the family bathroom, complete with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.



Guests staying at Mucklow Cottage have access to a range of fantastic on-site facilities. During the warmer months, enjoy the outdoor heated swimming pool, open from Whitsun until mid-September, or spend an afternoon on the tennis court. Younger guests will love meeting the farm animals, while the small games room provides additional entertainment for all ages. One well-behaved dog is also welcome, allowing the whole family to enjoy a memorable holiday together.
