Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this beautiful home offers stunning sea and valley views, a wood-burning stove for cosy nights in, and a large balcony, all within walking distance of a pub, cafés, tennis courts, and coastal trails. There is parking for three cars at the property.

Inside, the open-plan living area is ideal for socialising and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, and the large dining table with benches invites leisurely family meals. The cosy sitting area, centred around a wood-burning stove, is perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors, while a separate TV room with soft seating and bean bags gives children and teens their own space to relax. A downstairs utility area houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an additional WC.

The house itself is full of character, arranged over several charming half-levels. There are five bedrooms in total, comprising three doubles and two twins. Two bedrooms sit at the top of the house, two more are just below the main level alongside the family bathroom, and a final bedroom is adjacent to the modern shower room on the lower floor. A further WC next to the utility room adds further convenience.

Outside, Pentreath enjoys a generous sun patio with plenty of space to relax or dine alfresco. With a barbecue, rural seclusion, and sweeping valley views that stretch down to Crackington Haven Beach, the outdoor space is as inviting as the interior—perfect for soaking up the peaceful Cornish countryside.
