Come, relax, enjoy and explore the beautiful lakes and beaches of Budgewoi and Norah Head.

This newly renovated and beautifully furnished house is perfect for a weekend getaway, a fortnight holiday with your family and friends or is abundantly equipped for a longer term stay to work from home.

Space

The house has 4 large bedrooms. It has all the feels of a - new home' and no expense has been spared with high end finishes and appliances throughout. The 3 bathrooms with heated flooring are straight from 5 star resorts.

The kitchen, living areas, extra wide verandah and bedrooms all capture the expansive faultless views north over Lake Munmorah and east over the Pacific Ocean and Norah head lighthouse.

The beach house is perfected with the addition of the table tennis table downstairs.

There is so much to discover and explore with endless lakeside and coastal bike and footpaths, easy access to Budgewoi beach and a short drive to Norah head and Soldiers beach. Explore the rock pools at Norah head, bushwalk in Lake Munmorah national park, bike ride, swim, fish, surf, or kayak or stay put, relax and unwind on the wonderful expansive verandah taking in the serenity and beauty of the district.

Dining options are plentiful or stay home and cook up favourite delicacies on the new Webber bbq and Miele kitchen appliances.

Longer term leases are very welcome (happy to negotiate pricing) to accommodate working from home/ homeschooling. The house has a spacious study, a built in study desk in one bedroom and 2 other bedrooms could easily accommodate desk space. The expansive verandah would also be a perfect workspace.
