The Roost is a spacious apartment tastefully furnished to a high standard. Just a stone's throw away from Budleigh beach and The South West Coast Path it is the perfect retreat to 'escape the real world'

An entrance door just off the high street takes you into a hall with a flight of stairs to the apartment. Once inside there is an entrance hall with a second flight of stairs leading to the rooms.

Kitchen: Fitted tiled kitchen with integrated appliances.

Lounge: A cosy living area with two sofas, TV and fold out dining table.

Bedroom 1: Comfortable master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and bedroom furniture.

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom

Bathroom: Fully tiled shower room with a walk-in shower, sink and W.C.

The beach is easily accessed from the rear of the property.

Parking: You have 30 minutes unloading in front of the apartment (unrestricted from 18.00hrs - 09.00hrs). There are short stay car parks off the high street, the long stay car park is Lime Kiln at the end of the sea front, a weekly ticket can be purchased for £27 through East Devon District Council online- this ticket can be used for all EDDC car parks. There is also a free car park by the Public Hall (nearer than Lime Kiln and overnight parking allowed) and also a small car park behind the grocers in Brook Road.

A perfect location for walking, swimming, golf, art, fishing, birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the Jurassic Coast or just relaxing. A minutes walk to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Locations nearby include East Devon Golf Club, Bicton Botanical Gardens, Otterton Mill, Pebblebed Heaths Nature Reserve and Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary. Check out our blogs for more holiday inspriation
