Good Location for holiday in Sardegna

The house was clean and as described. Nice pool and good location to go to the different beaches around. However, there was no personal welcome upon arrival and also no guest information available about the area or the house facilities which made us not feel very welcome. Also the beds were not ready and we had to make them ourself. No pictures/decoration on the walls, so it was very cool. Communication with the agency was a little difficult (english) and slow. The house equipment was not plenty especially in the kitchen it was very poor - not even a toaster, coffee machine or water boiler; bottle opener was broken etc. The garbage facilities were terrible - too complicated to understand how to separate and if you make a mistake, it was not picked up. No Wi-Fi in the house which should be a basic facility everywhere in todays time. TV not running properly. So all in all great Location but there is really room for improvement to make the guests feel welcome.
