la casa è situata a circa 5/6 chilometri da Budoni in un piccolo borgo. Purtroppo la casa si trova in un contesto decisamente brutto: le casi adiacenti son una disabitata e cadente e l'altra è un rudere pericolante. L'interno è ben attrezzato ma con le finestre che danno direttamente sulla strada. Essendo a tetto è estremamente calda ed è necessario tenere costantemente accesi i climatizzatori. Abbiamo trovato lo scarico delle acque otturato con emissione di acque scure dal tombino situato davanti alla porta d'ingresso con cattivo odore. Ho segnalato subito la cosa al gestore ma senza risultato.
