Situated in Sa Marina , a small village about 7 km from the centre of Budoni , this solution enjoys a large garden with lawn and sea view . The location is ideal for those who do not want to renounce tranquillity but want to have all conveniences in the immediate vicinity . Access is via a secondary road with a small dirt track . Parking is available both internally and on the road .

The cottages are separated by a portico for shared use with a small relaxation area . The outdoor patio offers a dining area with a sea view and leads to the kitchen area, which is bright, spacious and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, cooker and oven. In the sleeping area instead we have 2 bedrooms : the first is double and the second with single beds . The bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the facilities. The houses are equipped with air conditioning. Maximum occupancy 4 persons . No animals The two solutions are divided by a porch for common use where there is a small relaxation area. The very large garden, although unique, is well divided into spaces so that everyone can have the availability of an area for their exclusive use.

The small hamlet of Sa Marina is under development, so the urbanisation is not complete and there are no services or shops. For this reason, access to the facilities requires a small dirt track (20 metres) and a car is indispensable.
