Holiday house located in the village of Birgalavò about 5 km from the centre of Budoni and the small tourist resort of Porto Ottiolu. The house has independent access, Garden, Patio and Terrace with sea view over the entire Gulf, Kitchen and Living Room, Double Bedroom and Bathroom with shower.
Built on the hill of the small village of Birgalavò, this property is entirely surrounded by greenery, tranquillity and silence with a direct view of the coast and a breathtaking sea view over the entire Gulf of Budoni. Not being connected by public transport, the use of a car is indispensable to reach the small centre. Recently built, the villa has a double private access and reserved parking space for the car. The garden surrounds it entirely and offers an outdoor shower and a sun terrace with sun beds and barbecue. The outdoor patio, equipped with a lounge and dining area, offers unmissable moments of relaxation with views of sunsets and sunrises on the coast and a 3-seater Jacuzzi. The eat-in kitchen has a fridge, freezer and oven. The living room with sofa and TV communicates with the inside dining area furnished with modern-style table and chairs. The small corridor leads to the two bedrooms: one double with direct access to the garden and one with twin beds. The bathroom with shower completes the offer.
