- Die Unterkunft und das Inventar sind offensichtlich die Jahre gekommen- Kaputte Dinge werden nicht erneuert (Türgriff Eingangstüre; Drücker Klospülung; Messer in Vitrine; etc.)- Im Tiefkühlfach lag noch Eis von Gästen zuvor, im Kühlschrank lag Knoblauch von anderen Gästen- Gebrauchte Babyflasche in der Vitrine; gebrauchtes Kinderplastikbesteck in der BesteckschubladeDie Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr anstrengend. Beim Check-In - der als Videoanruf stattfand - wurde ich aufgefordert vor dem Haus des Vaters laut nach diesem zu rufen. Nachdem niemand geantwortet hatte sollte ich auf das Grundstück und versuchen in das Haus zu gelangen. Innen hatte ein Hund gebellt und die Tür ging zum Glück nicht auf. Daraufhin wurde ich gebeten zu warten, da sie ihren Vater kontaktieren müsste. Dieser kam dann auch nach ca. 15 Minuten und übergab mir den Schlüssel. Hier ist zu erwähnen, dass der Vater ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mann ist.Im Anschluss müsste der Check-In (weiterhin als Videoanruf) durchgeführt werden. Jeder Raum wurde zusammen angeschaut, alle Wasserhhähne sollten von mir geprüft werden, jede Gasherdplatte musste ich anstellen, in alle Schränke schauen usw.. So etwas gehört vom Gastgeber im Voraus geprüft und sollte nicht vom Gast durchgeführt werden. Dasselbe fand dann auch nochmals beim Check-Out statt.Die Gastgeberin kontaktierte mich an 5 von unseren 7 Aufenthaltstagen, weil sie wissen wollte ob alles gut ist und wir den Müll richtig entsorgen.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Eltern Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer mit 3 Betten. Küche (nur eine Steckdose für Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, wer bitte baut sowas) , Bad mit Waschmaschine und großer Terrasse. Einfacher normaler Standard. Soweit alles vorhanden. Die Matratzen der Kinderzimmer Betten sind unbequem. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es den Hafen mit netten Restaurants und Lokalen. Abend immer was los. Optimal. Rechts und links davon schöne Strände.Parkplatz in 100m kostenlos. Man merkt in der Unterkunft,dass die Vermieterin, Roberta keine Lust hat irgendetwas zu erneuern oder schöner zu machen und versucht alles von der Ferne zu managen. Sie zwingt einem unnötige Videotelefonie auf. Auch Italienische Gäste haben das schon bemängelt. Der Sonnenschirm hängt in Fetzen rum. Von Vormietern liegen Sachen rum. Gebrauchte Zahnbürsten, Nuckelflasche, Hygieneartikel usw. Es fehlt jemand der ordentlich sauber macht und für die nächsten Mieter herrichtet. Bei Ankunft fehlte Bettzeug, was wir uns selbst suchen mussten. Am Abreisetag wird check out WhatsApp Videotelefonie von allem gemacht. Überall sollten wir zeigen, dass es leer, sauber, verschlossen und die Geräte funktionieren. Absolut lächerlich und überzogen.Wer die Kommunikation mit Roberta am Anfang und Ende des Aufenthaltes ausblendet, wird dort eine schöne Zeit haben können. Der Vater der Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sogar zwei leckere Flaschen Wein geschenkt

Sebbene tutto funzionale la pulizia non era all'altezza (anche se a primo acchito lo sembra). Abbiamo trovato polvere, ragnatele, frigo, diversi utensili da cucina, il divanetto e i letti sporchi e di cattivo odore. Idem balcone ( potrei continuare ma credo di aver dato l'idea). Check in par What'sApp (non ero a mio agio, avrei preferito essere accolta da qualcuno), check out, sul sito era indicato non necesario ma ci siamo ritrovati alle 5h20 del mattino a doverlo fare sempre tramite WhatsApp. Abbiamo dovuto lavare lenzuola e asciugamani ( non avendo più prodotto per la lavatrice la proprietaria ci ha chiesto di lavarli con acqua o prodotto per i piatti visto che i successivi ospiti sarebbero arrivati in mattinata. Abbiamo dovuto fare anche i letti al nostro arrivo. (Le lenzuola erano su uno stendino, arruginito, in camera da letto insieme agli asciugamani). Anche la tovaglia da tavola con i set da tavola erano sporchi. Doccia piccola Letti scomodi ( cuscini senza nessuna forma). Wi-Fi inesistente, così come aria condizionata e parcheggio privato (indicate al momento della prenotazione) È stata la nostra peggiore esperienza. Fortuna abbiamo avuto dei vicini molto sorridenti e discreti e soprattutto un mare da favola.

Maison conforme à la description et agréable, propriétaire adorable, serviable. Mais 2 bémols, literie propre mais pas confortable et deux transats seraient les bienvenus pour profiter du soleil sur la terrasse car les chaise c'est bien pour manger.

Vacances entre amies !

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Roberta entre amies durant 14 jours. La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir le nord est de la Sardaigne. Les plages y sont magnifiques y compris celle de Porto Ottiulo. Le petit port de la ville est agréable pour un verre en terrasse. En ce qui concerne la maison, elle est conforme aux photos et à la description. Modeste avec le minimum dont nous avions besoin. Bémols à signaler : la qualité de la literie. Peut être convient elle à des enfants mais pour nous adultes ce n'était pas l'idéal ! Et enfin le four qui ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour. Sinon nous avons été très bien accueillies, Roberta et Silvia se sont montrées disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et nous indiquer les bonnes adresses de la région ! Nous sommes satisfaites de notre séjour !!

Porto Ottiolu una garanzia

Anche quest'anno abbiamo fatto tappa a porto Ottiolu nell'appartamento di Roberta che come l'anno scorso ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi facendoci trovare del buon pecorino, pane guttiau, una bottiglia di vino locale del buonissimo torrone e l'acqua fresca in frigo per iniziare al meglio la vacanza. L'appartamento è molto confortevole vicino alla spiaggia 5 min a piedi e vicino anche ai principali servizi del paese market, latteria, farmacia, ristoranti vari anche d'asporto. Noi siamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati bene come spazi dell'appartamento, potendo contare anche sulla comoda e ampia terrazza sulla quale abbiamo consumato tutti i nostri pasti. Porto Ottiolu è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le magnifiche spiaggie sia del Nord che della costa orientale. Al riguardo fatevi consigliare dalla proprietaria Roberta che non mancherà di indicarvi le tappe imperdibili del vostro viaggio in Sardegna.

Great vacation with children

With our two children (0 and 4 years old) we stayed 3 weeks at Casa Roberta. For us the location was perfect: 2 Minutes to the beautiful little harbor with restaurants, ATM, stores, backery and pharmacy. Less then 10 minutes to the beach (we are slow walkers). San Ottiolu was a good starting point for our excursions too. The apartment was simple but contained everything we needed. We communicated with Roberta in advance that we were going to stay with two little children. We felt very welcome and at our arrival the apartment was filled with baby gear and even some toys. We really enjoyed the terrace which is a few steps higher than the street so you are relatively protected by the views of the pedestrians and also you can overlook the street. After a long day on the beach our children took their shower outside as it was more comfortable as inside (more space and detachable shower head). They loved it! The whole time Roberta and her father were available for our questions and needs and were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Porto Ottiolu una piacevole scoperta

Roberta ce l'aveva detto in fase di prenotazione:"E' un posto adatto alle famiglie, vi troverete bene!" ... e così è stato anzi ci siamo trovati benissimo!! La casa è molto accogliente, ben organizzata e ci siamo stati comodamente in 6, 2 adulti e 4 bambini. Nella sua semplicità e razionalità non manca proprio niente. Il plus è sicuramente la terrazza dove si può comodamente mangiare, fare il barbecue e durante il nostro soggiorno ne abbiamo approfittato. La casa è vicina al centro del paese che è ben servito da supermercato, panificio, farmacia, macelleria e vari altri locali: ristoranti, gelaterie, rosticceria d'asporto, pizza d'asporto. Tutto quanto necessario per assicurare una felice permanenza. Poco distante, 5 min a piedi, c'è la spiaggia di porto Ottiolu, uno spettacolo per gli occhi: spiaggia bianca e mare digradante (adattissimo ai bambini) con dei colori meravigliosi. Durante il periodo del nostro soggiorno era presente in spiaggia anche l'animazione per i ragazzi che si concludeva la sera con la baby dance al porto. Roberta si è rilevata meglio di un tour operator con discrete segnalazioni via whatsapp dei principali intrattenimenti serali nei dintorni e dei posti o escursioni che meritavano la nostra attenzione. Grazie!

Schöne, saubere Wohnung; günstig gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin wohnt gleich im Nachbarhaus und hilft gerne bei Fragen weiter. Zu Fuß können ein großer Sandstrand und ein kleiner steiniger Strand mit weniger belebten kleinen Buchten erreicht werden. Praktisch ist die Außendusche nach einem Strandbesuch oder zu Abkühlung.
