NefHouse 83 is located in the charming Borgo di Tanaunella and is a charming three-room apartment on the ground floor with a private garden with excellent exposure as it faces the sea, it is located close to the La Volpe restaurant, supermarkets and the pharmacy,

the white sandy beach of Sant'Anna, the Pineta and the Shardana restaurant are really close, just a few minutes walk and the town of Budoni is just a few minutes away by car

but it can be reached via the municipal buses and beach buses whose stop is in front of the house..

The apartment has an entrance and private parking assigned inside the property, it is located on the ground floor and is internally composed of a living room with kitchenette equipped with table and chairs for six people and a new double sofa bed,

There are two bedrooms each with private outdoor space, the double room has a flat roof while the single has bunk beds / pull-out beds and is also equipped with a paved outdoor space.

The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, large shower and washing machine, spacious and fresh covered veranda with table and chairs where you can dine outdoors, private garden and bbq.

Air conditioning, hot / cold split is present as well as wi fi, satellite TV and smart TV, the kitchenette has a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, tablecloths etc.

In the bathroom there is a washing machine, hairdryer, personal hygiene products, trio of towels and mat.
