Basic, tired and need some work

The place is advertised as a 5* Luxury apartment, but it is far from that. Very cheaply finished purely maintained. Living room sofa is broken, the sofa chair is also broken, the ironing board is tired and unusable, the wash machine drum is very loud and need some tlc. The tv is tiny and outdated. The place was clean and is well located but don’t expect luxury as the photos are very misleading. 3* at max.
