A perfect beach apartment, 7-10 minute walk from the beach and off of one of the main streets in Budva where it's bustling with people surrounded by grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes.
The apartment is clean, minimalistic and bright. There are three bedrooms, two with single beds and a master bedroom with a Queen size bed. Our bathroom has a walk-in shower and tiled flooring to keep cool during the hot summer months. We made sure to include all the necessary amenities in our apartment to make your stay comfortable and relaxing!

Value for money

Property is close to local shops, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. About 15 minutes walking distance to beach and 10 minutes local bus station. Property was clean but could do with some redecorating and some small improvements.

Home away from home, suitable for couples and families

The property is a good value for money, just a couple of minutes away from local supermarket, bakery, restaurants and some shops. We liked the experience of being surrounded by locals which helped us to get to know the true Montenegro. The property itself is as described in the advertisement. It is just over 10 minutes walk from the beach and close to the Budva bus station. We enjoyed our stay. Lydia and family

Wunderbare Zeit in Budva

Wir haben die Tage in Budva sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super, man ist nicht im Touri-Getto , es gibt nette Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Der Balkon, der zu der Wohnung gehört, ist wunderbar. Riesengross und wir wurden von Katzen und sogar einmal von einem Igel besucht. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Klare Empfehlung!

Gross aber sehr unsauber und beschädigt

Liegt zwar sehr gut und ist sehr geräumig. Allerdings muss ich wirklich sagen das ich mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr unzufrieden war, vorallem im Bad. Die Matratze beim Doppelbett war nicht wirklich zum Wohlfühlen, Flecken über Flecken. Dazu waren bei allen Betten der Lattenrost stark beschädigt. Das Doppelbett ist kurz vor dem Zusammenbruch. Den Balkon mussten wir am ersten Tag sofort selbst reinigen, da unmengen an Vogelscheisse( konnte in dem Zustand nicht betreten werden). Vom Treppenhaus ganz abgesehen ist die Ferienwohung leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Appartement conforme a la description sobre et fonctionnel

Appartement très bien situé 10 mns a pied de la station centrale des bus, 10 mns a pied du bord de mer, 20 mns a pied de la vieille ville. Supermarche, boulangeries, restaurants, commerces a 2 mns tout en étant très calme. Nous avons aimé et nous le recommandons. Nous sommes un couple et leur fille. La terrasse est très appreciable.
