False Advertisement

I do not recommend booking this apartment. To start off the check in process was chaos. No instructions were given to us and whilst travelling to the apartment we had to frantically call the host who had not provided any details of how to check in. Upon checking in, it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned properly. There were hairs on the floor and stickiness by the bin. During our stay, it was also made clear we were not in the apartment we had booked and it differed significantly from the photos. The host and Vrbo were contacted on this. The host ignored our request highlighting this and there was no help or support provided from Vrbo. I strongly do not recommend booking this apartment or on Vrbo alone.
