The walls were a bit thin and it was a bit noisy but thats not really the hotels fault. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was a great location being across the street from both Knotts Berry Farm and Knotts water park.

The whole area is in an okay area. Elevators look dirty and run downed. The buttons were broken. The beds were okay. It was on roller wheels so it moved a lot even if you’re just leaning on it. The bathroom was okay. Showerhead was dirty and needed to be left on to clean a block smudge on it. Overall you’re paying for cheap hotel. Don’t expect much.

Four day stay in Buena Park

We were surprised that they did not serve breakfast. We stayed there a few years ago and they had a wonderful hot breakfast, but they have discontinued that.

Near Knott's Berry Farm

We like staying at this motel. It's convenient for our business. It's right near Knott's Berry farm. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from. The price is reasonable basic pool, not heated.

Horrible

It was horrible. It was dirty! I mean disgusting on the outside. Doors were filthy didn't close properly. A lot of noisefrom people outside. We didnt feel safe. I got the honeymoon suite with hot tub. It overflowed so all the rug in theroom was drenched. I had to call and although they tried blaming us they did move us to another suite. It was inconvenient and right next door so we were hearing all the cleaning and drying. They kept my deposit and the room wasn't cheap to begin with. Do not recommend.
