The room that was provided had a gaping margin around the front entrance. There was no privacy. . . And, I was walking around naked. I was eventually warned by the next door neighbor. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was nowhere on the premises. The bathroom had a sensor fixture that went on every thirty minutes with noise and light. The curtains were not retractable and were not at all hanging in many places on the curtain rod. It was a disaster!

Property requires a $100 deposit in cash which was not highlighted when I paid through Expedia found it in the small print after the fact. The hotel receptionist was really nice parking was easy and the facility looked nice and clean on the outside but when we entered our room we found roaches and the room look like it was back in the '80s the two chairs that were there we're torn and stunk so I went back and requested can we be placed in another room which he did with no problem the room had no roaches but chairs were torn and the top of the toilet seat had a bunch of cigarette Burns.

Roaches and tv dd not work. They deff need to bug bomb tge rooms . My daughter had a roach crawl on her while in there beds.

I've previously rated this property 1 star on my first stay. I have since stayed 5 more times. The rooms on the left side of the property are clean and decent. Avoid the right side of the property. The staff in the office have always been kind and helpful.

I won't choose this place again. Check in requires incidental hold in cash. Coincidentally, they have an atm outside the lobby that conveniently charges $3.25. My rooms bathroom door was craxked as though it kicked in. Domestic disturbances...Noisy neighbors. I didn't sleep well. Also, no bathroom towels and bed cover had cigarette burn holes.

Our family always enjoys it here when we do Knott's trips. Easy walk across the street and the family room is great with kids. It is not 5 star, but neither is the price, so dont expect things that are beyond good, basic, accommodations.

Do NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely disgusting room. Sheets and pillows had stains, box bed dirty and stained, dirty curtains, crayon scribbles on walls. Just gross. I honestly would’ve slept in my car but I had kids with me. I’m lucky I had 3 extra blankets in the car to put over the dirty sheets. I believe there are people who live here long term. Loud and kids playing outside at 2AM. No respect for guests. Never ever staying here.
