Location is phenomenal if going to Knott's berry farms. Literally cross the street and your're in the parking lot. The actual quality of the hotel is 3 stars; the shower did work, but not well, relatively clean beds but very dirty carpet, and no USB ports in the electrical outlets so bring a wall charger if staying here. Staff was friendly enough and I got back my cash deposit upon checkout. I would stay here again.

Spiders in the room and bathroom. Had to kill one so my son can sleep. Dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Why is this hotel so gross.? I had my children with me. The fridge wasn’t working. My food got wet on the bottom. I took pics and showed the guy at the desk. He didn’t know what to say. No apology.

Heater did not heat but the air it did blow out still kept the room kind of warm. A little noisy being right next to the 24 hour window. Other than that, the room was good.

The room was dirty, there was a leak under the bathroom sink. There was a guy smoking majuarinia all night outside his room next to mine and all the smell was coming to my room. I had to check out a day early and go to a different hotel.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in the Curtin was broken so people could see in the window . no wash cloths no stopper for the bath tub no hand towels security lock on top of door was broken off so could not use it . Two dirty tooth brushes in the bath room and many more things will never stay there again or use Hotel.com again!!

The room was dirty. There was food or something splattered on the curtains and the wall. The beds were very uncomfortable. They only had three towels, no washcloth, no hand towels, no shower mat to step on when you get out. The room was so disgusting my daughter didn’t even want to take a shower. They also require a $100 cash only deposit for the room that was not stated when I reserved the room. It’s interesting they have ATM machine right outside the check-in window, I’m sure it’s so they can make money off the ATM by requiring the cash only deposit. You get what you pay for with this one. It would’ve been better and cheaper if I had just pitched a tent somewhere at a campground or slept in my car.

The property was clean, the location was excellent for a visit to Knotts Berry Farm as it’s across the street and priced affordably. Room was clean, spacious, but dated could use some updating. Did have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Our room had a distinct odor like staled cigarette smoke which linger all over us and our clothing. For the price and location I would stay again.
