The condition of the was nasty curtain where stapled to walls curtains where dirty the bedding was clean it looked like some one was punching the on the back of door we felt safe the cops were always out side the fridge leaked on the floor when we returned from Disney land so we cleaned it up

We ended our trip early and drove home on the second night. We refused to sleep in the filth a second night. Not to mention the all night yelling between drug attacks who live at the hotel. And the weed smell constantly was over baring. The dude at the front didn’t even care to ask why we were checking out early. Unfriendly and disgusting room. Do not take your family here!!

Terrible beds!!!

Smelled clean with bleach but somewhat dilapidated. Large crack under door. Bugs could easily come in but did not see any. No phone. Three bath towels for 4 people. No face towels. No bath mat. No wash cloth. Two rolls of toilet paper for 2 nights. No maid service. No ice machine. Bed is extremely firm!!! Killed my back!!! Very close to Knott's Berry farm. Walking distance. Close to a Walgreens. That was convenient. If you are looking for bells and whistles, this is not it. Price was good/reasonable. I would probably spend more next time for a nicer place.

Room smells, bedspread is old, pillows flat, splatter on walls/doors/counters of?, spiders, no coffee pot or supplied, no TV remote to turn volume up, fridge works but over frosted, no hand towels or washcloths, door doesn't properly close, bad patch work from leaks. Will never stay again

I have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times already because is walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm the family room has 3 beds so it accommodates my family of 6. The price is very reasonable, the only thing is that on each stay we have problems with the tv, it won’t turn on or the remote controls won’t work, other than that everything is good just for the purpose to get there relax and sleep.

First I like to complaint the front dest name Cal. He is extremely rude & jerk. The room so dirty & smell pees. They charged $5 per day for service we only use their service one time. They should reimburse us the rest. Please contact the manager to report the front dest agent Cal and send him to customer service class. So he’ll be how to greet customers with pleasure.
