ABSOLUTELY FILTHY AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF!!!!!

The first room they gave us was completely dirty, smelled of cigarettes and had burns in the bedding. Trash was still in the room from the people who used it before us. The second room they gave us had ripped sheets, ripped chairs, the walls were filthy, the toilet did not flush, it also had roaches which maybe wouldnt happen if they actually cleaned the rooms. I moved 1 night stand to use an outlet they came running out.... When i demanded my money back i was told i would get only my deposit and 1 of my 2 nights comped back to me. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Quiet but lacks cla few conforts

You get what you pay for. We survived and it was quiet. Issues that bring down the stars: 1. Not enough parking. We checked in at 4pm and there was almost no parking, but we had no choice but to leave due to prior plans. When we got back at 1 am there was zero parking. Several cars, including us, had to park illegally or we would've had to park somewhere else. 2. Like many others have stated the AC's are crap. It was cool outside so our AC turned off with in minutes of being turned on. It's not a safe enough to open doors to help cool the room down. The fan will run, if that's what you set, but it's only circulating room temperature air. Our room was very warm all night. 3. Cash only deposit means actual cash only. Not card. Don't worry you can pay a fee at their ATM to get the cash out. 4. Like many mentioned, and although it wasn't a big deal for us it could be for some, the remote to the TV in our room didn't work. The light on the top lights up when you press the power button but it doesn't turn the TV on. You can see the TV has power as it's got a light on, but again the remote doesn't work. We only tried it because of how many stated theirs didn't work ... All I could do was laugh. The reviews warned us about this (and the AC to be honest.) We didn't bring it up to staff as it was middle of the night and didn't want to disturb them. Positives: Easy walking distance to Knott's Quiet Check in person was fairly friendly, nothing against him.

Rooms are not cleaned well. Also, When paying for room, at night, one has to pay through the “night window” & can’t actually go into the lobby. Employee asks for credit card pin to punch into machine, rather than having some type of extension cord to allow the client to use the credit card machine through the night window. Very sketchy. Won’t be staying here again.

Be aware i never leave reviews

The stay was terrible the room was disgusting and smelled musty sheets looks like they have not been changed blood and boogers on the wall hair on the shower wall bottom of shower was black there was cockroaches. we found the shower had no pressure because it was leaking behind the wall coming out of the tap and through the wall between the shower and toilet we told them they said someone would come fix it but the leak was behind the wall they told us they would have us another family room by 11 the next day we told them we will be gone all day they said they would have the room ready for when we got back they told us they gave it to someone else because their toilet backed up.. so this place clearly needs a whole remodel with the smell i worried about black mold from the leak.... it wont let me add photos we are notifying the health department

Excellent for Knotts - Fmaily

This hotel is great. Literally across the street from Knotts Berry Farm. We walked, 3 minutes. very clean. they just re-tiled the whole hotel. Very impressed. Beds were hard and comfortable. I would def. stay again. the Asian man at the front desk is extremely kind!
