Horrible team horrible staff... was charged $250 For our 5 lb yorkie service dog for my elderly mother. I stated this to a front desk employee about our service dog prior to check in. Then I was accused by management this Filipino lady in particular, that said we had 2-3 dogs.. yet I personally called front desk to have maintenance come n check out or bathroom. He himself came in the room and met n saw our 5 lb service dog. Then also stating we are smoking in the room, with my 84 elderly mother who has health circumstances. Yes I do smoke cigarettes yet we take it outside by the parking lot. I have never experienced this ever, we are a Wyndham member as well. As I checked out. I personally went to the front desk advising we are checking out, also advised them to check the room for any damages etc.. nothing whatsoever, this is what I wanted and needed them to do.

I wish the room came with a microwave being diabetic and not being able to warm up food to eat was very upsetting they told me because I had a 2 beds the room did not come with one but I was more than welcome to use the one in the lobby. Well that was very upsetting the fact that how would I be able to use it when it was raining and very cold to walk outside to the lobby.

The beds were supposed to be double queens but were definitely full beds. The phone didnt work, ask for maid service and was told it wasnt availble on Friday. The toilet barely flushed because they had the water level set too low. The tub barely drained so I had to cleared a huge hair clog from prior guests. Staff was not friendly.

I am a customer last night at Days Inn Buena Park. We found couple of roaches at room and I complained. They said change the room but our family members were sleep already. Instead of the offer, I asked full refund but they said the manager confirmation is needed. They didn't talk me any other solution instead of changing room. I expected get full refund. Next day, the manager denied full refund and we fight. She was so rude and not communicable so why I send you e mail. 1. They had had management toward the health cord CA. Roach is issue is not common issue. It is dangerous issue. 2. They didn't told me changing the room is not only the solution at that time. They said it is possible to get refund with manager confirmation and I expected. 3. Next day, the manager said if I got direct reservation she could process my refund request so I contact and get solution with Expedia. Expedia said if I got confirmation with the hotel manager they could give me 100% refund but the manager denied so the company gave me 50% refund only. It is very related with your company reputation and I will not give up make this issue right. Thank you!

This place fit the bill for what I needed - afforable, near Disney, and complementary breakfast. It's pretty rundown, no one's confusing it for the Four Seasons, but at this price point it's a good option.

The room was clean. The staff at the property were nice. The girl I spoke to in the morning on my way into town was super rude. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. The lighting in the vanity area was far too dim. I couldn’t see to take off my make up or put make up on in the morning or do my hair. For these reasons we didn’t give 5 stars

There was a party going on behind the hotel, really loud!! I think is a Mediterranean place. The noise went on until after midnight. The young man assisting us during the check-in process was nice and accommodating, Thank you!!
