Really nice hotel very clean , easy parking, but the room could be very noisy we were in room 229 not sure what neighbors upstairs could be doing all night and early morning I could hear all stomping and every foot steps they made , we were there 2 nights and both night were the same, if you could request for the top floor this hotel is really highly recommend.

The area was around a lot of Korean restaurants and markets. They are also around a few amenities like Target and a decently sized mall, Los Cerritos Center. It's also just off of I-5 which is a good way to get to Disneyland and it's great for heading downtown. Free parking and breakfast was a great perk as well. The only thing that I would say that brings down the rating would be the condition of the room we stayed in, there was a hook in the bathroom that was hanging off the wall by a thread, just from an aethestic standpoint, it wasn't great. Also, the fact that I could hear the footsteps of the room above was sometimes jarring as it made me think about if I was being too loud for the room below us. Other than that, it was great.

Quiet area with easy freeway access. Have to drive a mile or two to most food spots was only downside. Otherwise was a clean well managed hotel.

Business trip and some LA fun too!

My daughter came with me on a business trip that I had at the Anaheim Convention Center. The hotel was clean, nice, new, and easy to get to off of I-5. The neighborhood seemed safe and clean too. Our breakfast was great every morning. I will definitely be coming back.

nice clean place. pool is heated and very nice, even in winter. Hot tub was great as well. close to Knotts berry farm. good breakfast.

Hotel is great!

Hampton Inn never disappoints. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly - we even got a complimentary room upgrade at check in. As always, the free breakfast was great! I love staying at Hampton Inn and recommend to all my friends

I booked this hotel for 2 nights to escape from the poor air quality from the fires. I had a horrible experience from my first night. It was so noisy, I barely got any sleep. I asked to switch units the first night but there were no units available. I called again to complain to see if staff could knock on their door, but the noise continued; it lasted 5 hours. The next day, I was going to stick it out, knowing that the unit above was checking out. But when I went to take a shower, there was no shower head...So I called to switch units. The front desk moved me into another unit. However, it smelled like BO. Unfortunately I was short on time, so I turned on the AC and hoped the smell would dissipate. When I went to try to shower again, I found several hairs on the curtain and walls. After I took a shower, I realized there was a door connected to an adjacent unit...it was left unlocked and open. This is a safety/security concern. I couldn't believe I showered with the door completely unlocked. While the front desk staff were nice and did what they could, I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, lack of security, and lack of maintenance of the units. I will never be staying at this Hampton Inn again.

The reason for my rating was the fact that they gave us the room directly across from the elevator. I was unable to sleep all night as we heard the elevator ring every single time someone went up or down that floor. I believe I slept two hours. That is just, unacceptable .

Overall great, but bathroom could be cleaner

My family and I found that we were arriving nearly 2 hours earlier than our original check in time, so I called to see if there were any rooms already available that we could check into early so that we wouldn't be stuck with our luggage for 2 hours in the middle of Buena Park. Luckily, the front desk immediately let us know that we could check in early and upon arrival upgraded us to a bigger room for free! The extra space was wonderful after traveling for so long. The rooms were well prepared and stocked, and it felt very comfortable staying in this room. My only issue is that the floor of the bathtubs were quite stained and dirty, meaning it wasn't being cleaned very well. Luckily for my family we don't trust hotel tubs so we brought shower flipflops so it didn't really weigh on our minds. What we did have a problem with was on the final night of our stay, in the middle of the night we saw a silverfish on the bathroom floor! Which meant that there was dirty moisture or grime not being cleaned somewhere in the bathroom. For the most part, it was quite clean. But the presence of silver fish is very telling of the cleanliness of the nooks and crannies of a bathroom.
