We had a great stay at Manhattan Hotel. Perfect location. View of the river and river activities was great from the balcony. Good restaurants in Salida are easily walkable. If you are planning a visit to Salida, be sure to stay here!

The Manhattan was a great choice for our overnight stay in Salida. The rooms are updated and comfortable. I loved watching the kayakers on the river. Definitely will come back.

Perfect spot to stay in Salida!

Beautiful view! Peaceful evening in Salida! Our room was easy to access and we met Rusty (Maintenance Manager) who brought us a fan 🤗 just in case. The beds are super comfortable and we had coffee in the morning! Great spot! We would definitely recommend!

Fabulous place to stay!! Love the decor and the cleanliness. Very well thought out design. Love all the amenities. The location is perfect. We have stayed at the Manhattan for several years for Spring Break and other celebratory events, loving Salida and the tradition. This year, we stayed in room 5. Unfortunately the room patio bumps up against the patio for the pizza restaurant providing no privacy. The condition of the rooms have significantly declined in the past year with paint chips and damaged walls throughout. We attempted to enjoy the fresh air with the patio opened, there was a horrible smell of sewer gas and the worst part was what appeared to be dried blood spots on the white comforter. This is definitely not the boutique hotel experience we were hoping for and it is absolutely not the hotel it was when it initially opened.
