Modest hotel

This hotel is located on a busy and somewhat sketchy street. The staff do not speak English and did not respond to any emails, phone calls or hotels.com messeges prior to our arrival (which was frustrating). The walls are thin so you can hear the TV next door and the breakfast is quite moderate (but priced at $12 per person - you might be able to get it for less at the hotels.com app). The rooms do have a tea kitchen and a table, a nice bathroom, and the beds were OK. The room was so-so clean. Overall, I would recommend a hotel in a more central location.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, na frente tem um mercado, na esquina tem um restaurante, dar p fazer os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Quanto aos funcionários, achei bem educados, solícitos. O ar-condicionado funcionava bem, a cama era grande e confortável, havia frigobar, o quarto era bem grande, com uma sala e cozinha americana.

Adorei a estadia no hotel. Funcionários super solícitos e atenciosos. Por mais que não falavam em Português, sempre com paciência para que pudéssemos entender. Quarto excelente. O café da manhã é bom, para beber tem opção de café, leite, suco de laranja e outras frutas e iogurte, para comer tem frutas, cereais, 4 opções de medialunas, presunto, queijo, geleias, manteiga, bolos e pão de forma, com torradeira e sanduicheira para utilização, além do que fica exposto podemos pedir ovo (mexido, frito e omelete com presunto e queijo), como sugestão o hotel poderia colocar bacon. A localização do hotel é boa, perto duas linhas do Sube e 3 estações, tem um Carrefour na frente, pizzaria na esquina e o Banco para fazer cambio de moeda estrangeira por peso argentino na esquina também, porém quando fica mais de noite a rua fica vazia e perigosa com as pessoas que estão na rua, tendo que tomar mais cuidado ao voltar para o hotel. De sexta e sábado tem um estabelecimento que fica na frente do hotel aberto até de madrugada com música e conversas alta, ficamos no 5 andar e para a rua, não nos atrapalhou para dormir. Quanto ao atendimento, não tivemos problemas com os colaboradores, check-in realizado pelo Sr. Marco e não tivemos nenhum problema, super atencioso, no café da manhã também, sempre educados. Um ponto que o hotel pode melhorar, a limpeza e manutenção do quarto, os lençóis e toalhas tem manchas, não são novas e nem conservadas e quando entramos no quarto tivemos a impressão de que o jogo de lençol não tinha sido trocado para a nossa entrada. Quanto a manutenção do quarto, tem muitas marcas de batidas de móveis nas paredes, marca de riscos e sujeira.
