The room is small but clean, the staff is very attentive. The bed smelled amazing! The breakfast was very good! We were very happy with everything and we would stay there again in the near future!

Bromelia is located in a great neighborhood. The property is clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was outstanding. My only minor suggestions is that I would prefer more options for storage of clothing than what is offered, but that is a quibble. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are there for a short stay.

Great location. Our room was not large—-and we were half way through a 45 day vacation. So, the lack of storage in the room and closets was not ideal. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again if I was traveling a little lighter.

Do NOT get a standard room, they are extremely small for even one person, have no closet, table for luggage or space for hanging clothes. Though I reserved the hotel over a month in advance, upon checkin I was given Room 1, which is equipped for physically challenged folks. It is extremely small, is 5 feet across from the elevator, has an 8 inch opening in the curtain that cannot be closed so people at the elevator can see in. The bathroom faucet has an auto shut off, that has to be held with one hand at all times to make it work, there is no clothes closet or space for a suitcase and toilet is extremely uncomfortable. I actually was insulted, it was like that converted a storage closet to a room. This hotel does Not deserve such a high rating and for the high cost, there are clearly better choices in the area. If you do book a standard room, advise the hotel you do Not want Room number 1. If you have physical challenges, choose another hotel. Even one of the staff told me that the room is problematic. Now the good news, the entire staff, with the exception of one person, were extremely helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The breakfast is very good, and the location is in a Touristy, high end Mall store location of Palermo, with a lot of security.

A perfect little hotel in Palermo Soho with really friendly staff. The rooms are compact but clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Had the time of my life at Bromelia. I’m very picky with hotels, and with so many options in Buenos Aires, it feel like we had truly found a hidden gem. Not so hidden, though: the hotel is walking distance from restaurants, shops and public transportation. The facilities are sparkling clean, yet they still managed to create a cozy vibe throughout the whole building. The team is very friendly and accommodating, truly one of the highlights of our stay. Will definitely be going back!

The building itself is beautiful. However, the receptionist wasn’t super friendly, and I almost felt I was inconveniencing him whenever I needed to ask something. The rooms aren’t sound proof to the outside, and I could hear a lot of noise from guests who were drinking / chatting on the patio at night. That being said, when I asked the night-receptionist he handled it quickly.
