It’s a lovely hotel with plenty of attractions and food within a walkable distance. Boutique hotel with welcoming staff and wonderful accommodations. If you’re looking for a one night stay or for a week or more, this is a lovely place to stay.

I define a good stay by having slept well, which I did at Casa Bevant. Quiet part of town. The staff members were great and very accommodating. The hotel is near nice restaurants and only a block away from the Recoleta Cemetery. The room was large and clean. I would stay there again.

Loved this spot and this neighborhood. Spacious, fun and funky decor, leafy street, friendly staff. Loved having a kitchen and especially appreciate the ability to do a load of laundry during a long trip.

The rooms were spacious with great air conditioners. Immaculate all the time. The best thing was the staff. Elizabeth was exceptionally good. She researched different tours to endure that we were getting the best. We enjoyed everyone of the tours very much. We had a problem with another hotel in Iguazu and she helped us resolve it. The staff was wonderful, the rooms very clean, the daily service to the rooms was excellent, the bed & linens very nice. There was laundry facilities available on site as well as a workout room. The rooftop was a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. The best part was the way the staff greeted us & they were so responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this property. It is a 10 min walk to Recoleta cemetary & the markets on the weekend. There are great restaurants & cafes within easy walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our pre cruise, four-night stay at the Casa Bevant (CB) was truly memorable. The hotel is very centrally located. Turn right upon exiting the hotel and the Recoleta Cemetery, the Recoleta Urban Mall and a host of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and even bars are within a 5-minute walk along a lovely tree lined street. Turn left and there are more coffee bars, bakeries, a major supermarket and if you need it even a place to have your suitcase repaired (we needed that). The hotel itself is well maintained and our room had a well-equipped kitchen, cozy couch, a very comfortable bed and good wi-fi. The staff were also excellent… starting weeks before our arrival, with the rapid email responses from Melisa and Elizabeth to coordinate our EZE to CB transport. Our arrival was very smooth, check-in was simple and we were escorted to our room and given a quick yet through brief of the room amenities. The CB front desk staff also work as a full-service concierge providing directions and advice on shopping, suitcase repair, money exchange and transport coordination. OUTSTANDING job, all done with pleasant professionalism. We highly recommend this hidden Gem and would definitely choose Casa Bevant in the future.

My Go-to small hotel in Buenos Aires

Another great stay. The staff are all wonderful. They are very good about letting you check in a little early or check out a little later, IF the circumstances of the day allow them to do so. If they can't do so, they are always happy to keep your bags for you. The neighborhood is very chill, yet there is always a lot of activity going on, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants a short walk away. Rodi Bar less than a block away is a great place to grab a meal (Big portions, good prices) and if you can't get a table (it's very popular with the locals) you can get your food to go and eat it on the hotel's rooftop terrace.
